What does a feminist youth leadership look like? Why does it take the form that it does? Context. Iranian society is at a global crossroads, mired in protests over its autocratic regime, with youth spearheading the opposition with a government attempting to brutally shut it down. U.S. society is also at a junction. Here too, it is youth, particularly women, like WomenNC scholars, who are leading the way to a more just and equitable future. Join them and a young Iranian activist who will discuss their commitment to feminism and how their motivations, tactics and hopes shape how they lead.
